By accessing or using the Remicall services, including our WhatsApp Business integration (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

Remicall provides automated and manual messaging services via the WhatsApp Business API. This Service allows us to send you notifications, updates, and customer support messages.

3. User Obligations and Acceptable Use

When using our Service, you agree to the following:

  • You will not use the Service for any unlawful, abusive, harassing, or fraudulent purposes.
  • You will not send spam, unsolicited messages, or any content that violates Meta's WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy.

4. Opt-In and Opt-Out

Opt-In: By providing your phone number and consenting to receive messages, you authorize us to send you communications via WhatsApp.

Opt-Out: You may opt-out of receiving messages at any time by replying "STOP" to any of our WhatsApp messages. Upon receiving your opt-out request, we will cease sending you messages, except for a single confirmation message acknowledging your opt-out.

5. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of your personal information in connection with the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the data practices described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Third-Party Services

Our Service utilizes the Meta WhatsApp Business API. Your use of WhatsApp is also subject to WhatsApp's own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for the availability or functionality of the WhatsApp platform itself.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Remicall shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; or (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users of the Service, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

9. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
